How long will my order take? Every April29 piece is handmade to order. Please allow up to 1 week for your piece to be carefully created before it’s dispatched. During busy collection launches, production times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Where do you ship? Australia-wide shipping is available, along with selected international destinations, including the United Kingdom, various locations throughout Europe, and the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I choose the right crossbody length? If you’re deciding between the Standard and Extended Crossbody, the Extended is recommended if you’re unsure. It’s always possible to shorten a piece, but it’s not possible to seamlessly extend a finished design.

What is 30-Day Fit Protection? Every Extended Crossbody includes 30-Day Fit Protection. If, after wearing your piece, you’d prefer it slightly shorter, simply get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and the length will be adjusted for you. This service is exclusive to Extended Crossbodies.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos? No two April29 pieces are ever identical. Every piece is individually handcrafted using natural gemstones and carefully selected materials. Because many of the stones are natural, slight variations in colour, pattern and shape are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours. These natural variations are part of the beauty of owning something handmade.

What materials are used? April29 pieces are handcrafted using a thoughtfully curated combination of natural gemstones, premium beads and high-quality hardware. Where natural gemstones are used, each stone has its own unique colours, patterns and character, making every piece one of a kind.

Can I customise my piece? Yes. Many designs can be personalised or customised. If you’re looking for something unique, get in touch to discuss creating a piece that’s personal to you.

Can I return my order? Because every April29 piece is handmade to order, returns or exchanges for change of mind aren’t accepted. If your order arrives faulty or has been damaged in transit, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and a repair, replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

How do I care for my piece? To help your piece last beautifully, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place when not in use and wipe gently with a soft cloth if needed. Like all handcrafted accessories, treating your piece with care will help preserve its beauty for years to come.
